The Strategy Director will be the lead strategist on client engagements and new business pitches. He/she should be self-directed, have a strong understanding of strategic branding, market dynamics, consumer psychology and the roles of different media within a brand’s ecosystem. Should also have a strong desire to deliver category leading work.
The Strategy Director reports to the network Strategy SVP and works closely with other members of the strategy and insights team. Director is an essential partner to Group Account Directors and the LA business development lead. Must have ability to distill a wealth of information into simple, compelling and actionable presentations. Will also work hand in hand with Creative, Communications/Media and UX teams to ensure strategic vision gets into market.
