The Group Account Director will build client-agency relationships by providing business and marketing leadership; leading brand, marketing and advertising strategy; and managing the agency team to ensure that the delivery of creative work that is engaging and impactful. The Group Account Director will lead and serve as the client’s advocate and will strive to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients.
The Group Account Director reports to the SVP, Brand Leadership and works closely with the Strategy, Creative, Communications/Media and Technology teams. The Group Account Director must be able to communicate the agency’s vision and philosophy and have a deep knowledge of marketing and digital communications, as well as a solid understanding of all communication channels in a brand’s ecosystem. Knowledge of the uses and advantages of specific media to achieve business outcomes is strongly desired.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience winning AOR pitches, managing notable brands, understands brand strategy and has an in depth knowledge of marketing fundamentals. Must be extremely flexible and solution-oriented in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Must excel at motivating teams to solve business and marketing challenges for smart clients.
